  Wash in 31 minutes*

  Super Speed

Cut your normal laundry time by up to 56%* and get clothes thoroughly clean. Super Speed washes a load in just 31 minutes*. It ensures powerful cleaning and reduces water usage by 38%**. In addition, it shortens the rinsing time by shooting powerful jets of water and accelerates the spin speed.

  * A Normal wash can be completed in as little as 31 minutes using Super Speed at the default settings with a 3kg load, compared to 71 minutes in a Samsung washing machine without Super Speed.
** Water consumption is reduced from 165 liters to 102 liters.

  Do the SmartThings at Home

  SmatThings Energy

  Efficient energy use. Smart savings.

Manage your energy usage to reduce your carbon footprint and save money. SmartThings Energy* provides energy efficiency tips. It also monitors the energy consumption of appliances** in real-time and compares it to the previous month. And it alerts you if your monthly targets might be exceeded.

  * Available on Android and iOS devices. A Wi-Fi connection and a Samsung account are required.
** SmartThings Energy currently works with around 40 Samsung home appliances that are SmartThings enabled. These include washing machines, clothes dryers, dish washers, air conditioners, air purifiers, vacuum cleaners, ovens, hoods, cooktops, microwave, TVs (from June 2022) and energy meters.

  SmatThings Home care

  Smart maintenance. Easy upkeep.

Take care of your washer or dryer much more easily. SmartThings Home Care* notifies you when parts need replacing and helps troubleshoot problems. It also shows you how to update the software of services and devices. And it provides useful tips on using your appliance, as well as a user manual.

  * Available on Android and iOS devices. A Wi-Fi connection is required.

  Hygiene

  Long-lasting fragrance

  Deep Softener

Ensure your clothes smell sweeter for longer. The Deep Softener option maximizes the effect of softener by optimizing the rinsing algorithm. So the fragrance lasts longer with the same amount of softener. This reduces waste, as you don’t need to exceed the normal dosage or add a soaking course.

  * Based on internal testing, which showed a 20% increase in the softener absorption rate compared to a conventional washing machine.

  Powerful filtration

  Magic Filter

Keep unsightly speckles off your whites and darks, and protect the drainage from getting clogged up. A Magic Filter with a dual mesh, at the front and back, effectively gathers the lint, fluff and particles that come out of your laundry. And it is easy to empty out the filter, as it opens 180°.

  Intensive cleaning

  Intensive Wash

Get clothes spotlessly clean, even if they are really dirty. An Intensive Wash can be used in any course* to remove stubborn stains, like blood, tea, wine, make-up or grass. It quickly pre-mixes detergent and helps water to penetrate deep into the fabric. So dirt is removed more effectively.**

  * Available in all courses, except for the Quick Cycle and Delicate Cycle.
  ** Compared to normal cycle.

  Convenience

  Keeps the tub clean

  Eco Tub Clean

Keep your top load washer fresh and hygienically clean, while being eco-friendly and saving money. The Eco Tub Clean course removes dirt and up to 95% of bacteria* that can build-up in the tub, without using harsh or costly detergent. And it notifies you automatically when it needs cleaning**.

  * Eliminates 95% of Pseudomonas aeruginosa from the surface of a tub. Based on the results from the tests performed by Intertek engineers in accordance with the test protocols provided by Samsung: equip a tub polluted with bacteria into the machine, run the Eco Tub Clean cycle and then compare the number of viable bacteria before and after the cycle. The Eco Tub Clean function should be used with no laundry inside the tub. Individual results may vary depending on the actual usage conditions.
** Recommended for use every one or two months, when an alert icon turns on.

While the washer runs silently, the boy reads the book during the day and the mother puts the baby to sleep at night.

  Less noisy vibration

  VRT Plus™

Do your laundry anytime and anywhere without disturbing anyone. Innovative VRT Plus™ technology reduces noise and vibration during washes*. A new frame design also provides great stability to minimize noisy movement. And vibration sensing technology detects and reduces vibration from the motor.

  * Based on internal testing. Compared to a Samsung conventional model without VRT Plus.

  Easy troubleshooting

  Smart Check

Reduce the cost and inconvenience of broken appliances. Smart Check is an automatic error-monitoring system that you can use anytime, anywhere with a smartphone App*. It detects and diagnoses problems and provides quick and easy troubleshooting solutions, saving you time and money on repairs**.

  * Available on Android and iOS devices. A Wi-Fi connection is required.
** Service callouts will occasionally be required and may incur extra repair costs.

  Easy closing door

  Soft Closing Door

Avoid being frightened by unexpected bangs! The Soft Closing Door shuts safely, gently and silently, as a damper automatically slows its movement. A tempered glass window also lets you view your washing without lifting the lid. And it is durable and strong, so it won’t get scratched or damaged.
